[…] viol and bass clarinet delve into concentrated dialogue and intimate entanglements. What’s more, Dirié explores the noisy, grainy, voiceless sounds. […] brief flashes from historical references, jazz hues, sounds heard from nature or heavy metal moments expand the spectrum. Rose and Montes exploit these multifaceted possibilities with great intensity. Can be wonderfully addictive.-- Fono Forum 10/24 "[...Diego Montes] in duo with Johanna Rose elicit an astonishing range of power and tenderness. They succeed in shaping this combination into a journey where you can dream."-- Pizzicato. Remy Franck |
